Good place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff helped me with my bags on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend the breakfast. It's delicious! I'm coming back for Easter.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a short walk away from Pincents Lane. Moreover, it's really close to the restaurant for dinner, park next door and Reading station. There was a lovely bar and delicious food at the in-house restaurant.

Very attentive staff - even drew our attention to a car door that was not completely closed. Good breakfast.
The location could have been better - no restaurants or pubs nearby

comfortable stay but a few improvements needed
I appreciated the cute staff who made me feel at home from the moment I checked in the complimentary bottles of water in the room were a nice touch that added to the comfort of my stay.
The bathroom amenities could use an upgrade as they felt basic.

There is plenty of free parking. Delicious dinner... Well suited for a night on "transit".
Unfortunately no refrigerator in the room.

The location is ideal if ur traveling on the m4, and breakfast was really excelllent! Comfy room n good vibe from the staff who were quite helpful. I managed to grab the last croissant before they all disappeared, lol. The rooms are clean and the beds nice to sleep on.
But the restaurant closes too early at 9.30am, an hour earlier than many places. We had to wait a while for our drinks during dinner, kinda annoying.

Breakfast was good
Mattress dipped badly in the middle so we kept rolling on to each other! On a busy road so noisy from traffic. TV signal fell in and out.

Flew into Heathrow on route to Cornwall. This hotel was a great place to break the journey. Just off the M4 but far enough away from the damn thing.
Nothing.

I enjoyed my stay! The bed was comfy, the TV had great channels and even YouTube access, and the Sunday Carvery was a delicious treat. I would return for the cozy atmosphere.
